To be eligible for a return, please ensure the return item meets the below requirements:

• The item is unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached.
• There are no marks, stains, or signs of wear (including makeup or tanning products).
• The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

Unless the product is faulty, we will offer credit or replacement for your purchase.

Please note, underwear accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Final Sale items are ineligible for return unless faulty.
