To initiate a return, please use our Returns Portal. Only items booked through our Returns Portal will be accepted. Any items returned outside this process or timeframe will not be accepted, and shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense.

• There are no marks, stains, or signs of wear (including makeup or tanning products).
• The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

Unless the product is faulty, we will offer credit or replacement for your purchase.
