• Gentle dry cleaning is recommended for maintaining fabric quality.
• Store in a cool, dry place to prevent mildew and moth damage.

 

Note: Wash separately from other clothes to avoid colour transfer or damage.

Return Policy:
Returns are available within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please use our Returns Portal. Only items booked through our Returns Portal will be accepted. Any items returned outside this process or timeframe will not be accepted, and shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense.Return Requirements:
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the return item meets the below requirements:

• The item is unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached.
• There are no marks, stains, or signs of wear (including makeup or tanning products).
• The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

Unless the product is faulty, we will offer credit or replacement for your purchase.
Please note, underwear accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Final Sale items are ineligible for return unless faulty.
